AI & web development laboratory

Things I am building, in the open, while they are still ugly.

Working prototypes, half-finished tooling and the notes that go with them. Everything here runs on a stack I can carry alone: PHP, PostgreSQL, Valkey, plain HTML. No framework runtime, no CDN, no vendor I cannot replace.
